Some of you may have noticed that the Directors of other BPRD branches did not return to their positions after Layla Miller's funeral. After some lengthy discussions between the four of us, with inputs from various heads of departments and external organisations, a decision has been reached, and Mr Dorian Gray will be assuming the position of head of Fairfield branch.

Please make him feel welcome.
